Hi to All, I am a newbie so please bare with me. :)

I just have a question regarding I-864. I am on the process of petitioning my parents (mother and father) to come to the US. I am just confused filling out the Form I-864.

On the question (s):

Part 3. Information on the Immigrant(s) You are sponsoring----

Question/Verification:

Part 3, #1 --> I said yes (is this correct)

#2 - i didnt check the box. (it says "Do not inlcude any relative listed on the separate visa petition)

Question: are my answers correct?

Part 5. Sponsor's Household Size

Here are my answers :

#1 - 1

#2 - 1

#3 - 0

#4 - 0

#6 - 0

#7 - 0

#8 - 2 (household size)

I was just confused because my household will be 3 (technically), It would be ME (petitioner), Mother and father.

Is this form intended for 1 form per applicant?

Here's my background:

07-29-14 - I130 sent

07-30-14 - arrived the USCIS

09-25-14 - I130 approved

10-14-14 - NVC rec'd (verified by calling)

thats all for now :)

I'm also confused on this part here. I'm petitioning my wife along with our two little kids. I currently live here with my mother's address who is also going to help me with the sponsorship. I'm a new LPR, I have worked for about a year for now since I start the petition.

So this means my household number is 4, including me? I currently live with my mother, she will be a joint sponsor or there's a way for us to add both our income together for the sponsorship?
