Looking for fellow I-130 July 2014 filers from the Dominican Republic out of Nebraska Service Center. The wait is killing me!!! was wondering if anyone has received approvals already...as I look through the different timelines I have started to see May approvals already but nothing else...

My I 130 was approved on 03 October 2014. I wait 5 months for approval and was processed in nebraska !

Congrats on your approval!!!! :dancing: I am hoping to get it by month 5 hopefully...keeping my fingers crossed!

I filed in july for my husband and he is in DR.nothing yet and ours is at nebraska as well.

Mine is there also, so ready for him to come and start our lives together. Hopefully we hear something within the next two months or so.

Yes hopefully by Christmas. I am ready for my hubby to be here as well.

Hi guys , just wondering if anyone has a any news or approvals...I received several texts and emails yesterday but still case status is just 'received' I guess it was the new system getting caught up since I was getting an error message for the longest time. Please share this wait is a mood killer :clock:

Does this mean my petition was approved ? case status says on december 12 we sent your case , receipt # to the department of state for visa processing ..

Called uscis today to see about our case since its been five months and they told me to give it another 24 days since they are now processing June 18th out of Nebraska Sercive Center. I truly hope to hear something within a month our Noa1 came July 10.

You should hear something real soon. My noa1 was july 8th and my case was sent to the department of state for visa processing on dec 12th. Did you check case status on the uscis website ?

I sure hope so! I check the website daily just to make sure but nothing so far

Flying out Tuesady to meet my hubby (L) It's been seven months since I saw him last at our wedding. I am so happy about spending the holidays with him! Wishing you all safe and safe holidays!!!
