I just got my Case number today and IIN number today and went to ceac website to look for some fees to pay and preview DS 260 and DS 261 and I was shown a DS 160 online form. should I be concerned?

I am going to fill out the DS 261 on behalf of my fiance. and perhaps the DS 260.

Summary Information

K visas are nonimmigrant visas that assist spouses or future spouses of American citizens in entering the United States. As with all nonimmigrant visa applicants, a DS-160 must be filled out in order for a consular section to process the case.

DS-160 is for K1 fillers. The DS-260 is for IR1/CR1 filers. There is no DS-261 for you to fill out.

As you see your section NonImmigrant thats you.

The difference is: DS-160 is a non-immigrant visa application. DS-260 is an immigrant visa application. The K-1 is a non-immigrant visa, which requires the DS-160.
