Here's a question for you guys! Im living with my petitioner/ sponsor with a different address. Basically it is their vacation house but we are going to live here until I find a work so I could share for a rental house. The address that we put on the k1 application is his parents house since he was living by then. We're going to get married in 2nd week of Nov though and I have been here for 3weeks already

Do I have to advise someone that im living in a different address (but the same state) than what we have put on application of k1?

Can I use this current address when we start to file for AOS?

Yes you are required to keep USCIS informed of your address.

This can be done by mail (AR-11 form) or online
