So besides the passport photo which can be sent online. Does the G-325A and the letter of intent to marry need to be mailed to me

from my fiance ???

Or can she just fill it out + sign, scan it, and then email it back to me? Do they need the original ?

Thanks !

All documents requiring signatures that you will submit to USCIS will have to be original to avoid delays. Im sure some adjudicators at USCIS don't care if the signatures are not original (copy) but some of them do. So to be safe send original signed documents. On your supporting documents on the other hand just send copies. Keep the original just in case they want to see them down the road (your fiancé MAY need the originals for her interview).

USCIS BE LIKE.......WE ARE WORKING AS FAST AS WE CAN GUYS!

for a K-1, initial I-129F submittal,

the G-325A for a foreign person,

in the signature block, can write:

[applicant will sign on interview day at the IV Unit in Guangzhou, China]

this has worked in the past, I assume it still works.

I did this on my wife's G-325A, as well, submitted with an I-130 for IR-1 visa, but I got the advice from reading one of Pushbrk's posts about it from 5 years ago on the I-129F stuff.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
