Dear all, i know my GC still has few months ahead but i'd like to make sure something, and thank you in advance for all your help

1. For ROC, i just need to send 1 form only I-751 and the check of $590 right? My GC will expired on May 2015 so i can just send it on March.

2. I don't use my maiden name anymore so i don't have to fill the blank about other names used?

3. Is it okay if a letter from friends / family without notarized? and how many letter will be better?

4. For tax papers, i just have to send all copies to USCIS, right? And all the proofs such as greeting card, does this need to be send with the form or i should keep some for interview?

I think that's all for now and thank you :)

Yes. Make sure it doesn't arrive before your 90 day window opens

2. I don't use my maiden name anymore so i don't have to fill the blank about other names used?

Yes you need to include your maiden name in the "other names used"

3. Is it okay if a letter from friends / family without notarized? and how many letter will be better?

Letters don't have to be notarized. More is better. There is no specific number needed.

4. For tax papers, i just have to send all copies to USCIS, right? And all the proofs such as greeting card, does this need to be send with the form or i should keep some for interview?

Best to include tax transcripts, not tax returns.

Send all proofs with the form. You probably won't be interviewed.

I think that's all for now and thank you :)
