Well you can count me in. And what's more frustrating to me is the Expedite. When I emailed them about it, they told me that they would send a request for update to the appropriate section, BUT in the same email response they stated that I should also be aware that it usually takes 3-4 months for an interview! So I'm like DUH, THAT'S THE REASON FOR THE EXPEDITE REQUEST!!!

I am so done. Because of my medical condition and this back and forth with the embassy, I have scheduled an appointment with my physician.

This process is not for the faint of heart or the impatient or in my case those with medical conditions that are aggravated by STRESS?

OMG we are going to die during this process lmfaoo

I dont understand why they even have the option for an expedite if you will have to wait basically the same time..!!!! :cry::cry::cry:

That is so unfair for you, I hope everything goes good with your health!!!

The hardest part is begin away from your fiancé, I miss him SOOOO much, the last time I saw him was in January and I am dying lol.

what pisses me off is that they take so long to just tell you the interview date, when they know that the petitioner also has to be there and these flights are ridiculously high sometimes. :ranting::ranting::ranting:

I will contact them again in 2 weeks, I seriously HOPE I doth have to wait for them to post the interview dates online because they do that at the end of them month.

I will not try to contact them again until next week. I'm going to need some down time for all of this stress. Hang in there my friend . This too shall pass, and soon we'll be with all loved ones. Faith and a LOT of prayers for both of us ?

Yess we need prayers... Sometimes I feel like I need to unplug myself from all of my technology, so I would stop stressing about it lol, but this will soon be over!!

Good luck and keep me posted!!

Con Dios en adelante esto saldrá bien.

Everyday! My Senator has also written 2 letters and I've called over a dozen times + emailed. From July 31 - August 22 they had no record of my applications being there. In addition to that they didn't even enter me into the system until September. Sigh...

I've called them over a dozen times! They keep saying soon, soon. The worst part is we got stuck at TSC for 7 months. We didn't even get an RFE it just took them this long to process everything. I don't know what is going on at the embassy...

Everyone just try to keep your spirits up. This process is a long one, but it's well worth it. Understand that Processing Times change all the time. For ex: From NOA1 to Interview Date (Cita) used to be 5-6 months total. Still, I have seen it around 8-9 months as well.

Sometimes Service Centers get backed up. There are many factors (we) cannot control. The best thing you can do is focus on maintaining a HEALTHY, LOVING, AND ACTIVE RELATIONSHIP with your long-distance partner and prepare for your Interview. I know it's easier said then done, but this is part of the process in bringing you two together (hopefully forever). Once they arrive, you you get married, a whole new process begins with USCIS, outside of learning how to live together, one partner working more then the other, balancing life, goals, etc.

My advice would be to STAY ENCOURAGED. Your time will come. And if all else fails, come back here and vent as much as you need to. We'll back you up.

K1 Visa Process -> 12/09-06/10 Married -> 09/10/10 AOS Process -> 09/10-12/10 Removal of Conditions-> 09/12-07/13

U.S. Naturalization -> 7/8/20
