Good Morning everybody

I hope someone can help me with this.... :)

I got a call from the US consulate here in Lima letting me know that the I-601 I filed in April this year was approved and that they will send more info soon.

A week after I got a envelope with an appointment letter with a date for November. We filed the I-601 over a year after we filed the I-130 so my question is will I need to bring alll those documents again?

I read that I must do the medical again since its been over a year since I did it for the I-130 but aside from that do you guys know what else should I bring?

I read this on the uscis page:

Gather & Bring All Required Documents

The applicant is responsible to bring all required original documents to the visa interview, except for documents already submitted to the NVC. Failure to bring all required original documents to the interview may cause delay or denial of the visa. The following documents must be available at the interview:

Police Certificate(s)
Birth Certificate(s)

Court and prison records, if applicable
Military records, if applicable
Color photographs
Marriage Certificate, if applicable
Evidence of financial support (e.g. Affidavit of Support, a notarized offer of employment, or evidence of assets)
Divorce decree or death certificate of spouse, if applicable
Family-based cases: All original documents establishing the relationship between the petitioner and the applicant
Employment-based cases: A currently valid letter from the prospective employer confirming the essential elements of the job offer

I know it says .... "except for documents already submitted to the NVC" so I want to make sure which ones should I bring from that list

Please if anyone has any info on this I would appreciate it.

Thank you in advance

I think your best bet is to email the US embassy in Lima directly and ask for guidance since it has passed a year. If I was you I would bring everything again, but just to make sure you should email the US embassy directly at limaiv@state.gov and they will reply to you the same day or within 24 hours, they are very responsible. Your question is very specific and I doubt anyone here can comment on that.

This is the format I used to correspond with them when I emailed them, I hope it helps you.... Good luck!
