Now we just need to wait for November and see what will be happened as the man himself already promise something , hopefully the republicans will not oppose it.

Phillip, I don't trust this man anymore. Not a long time ago, he was supposed to use executive action to pass some immigration law. The minute Democrats are said to loose the control of the senate, Obama threw immigration reform under the bus. Now, him saying "I will keep fighting" is similar to admitting that immigration reform will disappear from Obama agenda for his remaining years in office. Unfortunately, it is all about politics.

My PD is April 2014, F2A India. I have I-130 approved ( NOA2?) and obtained IIN by calling NVC. I have been trying to pay the fee but the website keeps saying this case is under termination or not eligible for processing at this time.

Were you able to pay the fees even when your PD was not current? I am a little confused. I will try to call the NVC tomorrow to find more.

Dont worry dear. Its due to heavy backlog in F2A category, you are not allowed to pay fess right now. As soon as it will get enabled,you will receive an email for it. Then you first need to fill up DS 261 and select petitioner as an agent who will receive a fee bill email to pay AOS fees on CEAC. I have faced same situation when they were updating my details but my PD was current till my case complete and it retrogress at a time of receiving interview schedule. Hard luck of mine. Good luck.

Hello,

Am a late September flier, i do not think there would be need for you to call NVC, am a September 2013 flier and still unable to make payments, as well as most Oct, Nov and Dec Fliers. Once your case is about to be current NVC would contact you to continue the process. Am only hoping that they would contact me soonest since it takes about 60 days to review documents and all. Good luck to us all. hang in there. Once anyone can proceed am sure they would update here on Visa journey, i definitely will update. Cheers.

some of people in my country Vietnam already got IL for January 2015, they had PD April 10th :)
I hope the visa bullentin will move fast to the first of May :)
