Summary Information

I suppose I could have spent a little more time looking. I found a good guide here NVC Process and discovered that the case numbers the NVC Case Number and Invoice ID Number are the same between my spouses NVC Welcome Letter (ACL) and mine. So, just two sets of fee's not four.

Question: If we have an attorney, taking care of our immigration process since the beginning (I-130), when it comes the time to choose an AGENT (DS 261) our attorney will be automatically put as our agent, or do we need to fill up the DS 261 and indicates our attorney as our chosen agent?
