hi guys today I had my interview. wow I can't believe I'm updating. I was protected my cspa. I took enough proof pictures, money transfer orders, birthday cards, etc etc so very few questions were asked were my mom works, what I know about her state Nebraska. n was approved n told to come pick up my packet on the 16 th October 2014. I was so scared n tensed but it went well my visa journey is about to end. many people were sent back because they didn't have proof or evidence or relationship or because they didn't answer confidently. wish good luck to those still waiting . I'm travelling the day I pick up my visa its been eleven years of seperation can't wait another day. I'm excited

Congratulations on your approval! I would also like to ask were those people that were sent back for lack of evidence spouses or fiances? Because parent-child cases don't usually require evidence of a relationship other than a birth certificate unless in cases where the documentation is fishy or when it's between a father and an illegitimate child.

This does not constitute legal advice.
