I-130 and G-325A questions

These may be paranoid questions but I really don't want to have any mistakes on the forms to cause any delays or further questioning.

1. When it asks for State/Country, do I put NB/Canada or just Canada? I understand New Brunswick is a province, not a state, but the example forms have it listed both ways and I figured if NB/Canada fits, maybe that's better because it's more info? Not sure.

2. It says to not leave any gaps in time for addresses or employment on the G-325A. For our addresses, we are confused as to what constitutes an address. I'm currently in Canada visiting my husband, does this mean my address is where I'm staying in Canada, even though my actual permanent address is in the USA and I'm returning home to it? What about when he was down visiting me? Our visits were for months at a time, that is why we're confused.

3. My husband went WWOOFing (volunteered on farms) for 1.5 years in the UK. Do we list each place he stayed as his address, even if it was a month in a hostel? Or do we list the places he stayed for the longest amount of time (two addresses for about 6-7 months)? Or is his permanent address in Canada the one we put for his time there?

Sorry if these are dumb questions, I hope they make sense at least.

First off, there's no such thing as a dumb question!! ((Though I do work in a call centre, and have heard some pretty good doozies)) LOL

I can only respond to your first question though.... on my I-130 I entered ON/Canada (Ontario)

....I believe addresses would only be what you resided at, so you would not use his address when you are visiting.

....I had to Google WWOOF because that just sounds really neat!! I have no idea how to properly answer that question. My gut instinct would be to use the legal address he maintained in Canada, but I'm really not 100% sure...

I would just list addresses that he considered to be his permanent residence at the time. Long visits do not count (ie, you didn't update your driver's license, right?).

One more question: Where exactly are we supposed to SIGN and DATE the G-325A...? It has a bolded box at the bottom for our printed names, but nowhere to sign it...
