Hi friends,

I have a question, I mailed both AOS and IV packages together few days before, how can i know if the NVC received them yet or not ? and how can i know the scan date is it the same date as when they receive it ?

do i have to call or do i receive an email ?

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

They will mail you a receipt once they receive it. You don't have to call, and even if you call they will tell you to wait. Just have to be patient. Usually you will receive NoA in mail within 2 weeks.

Edit: just saw your recent post.

Some have been getting their packages reviewed before the 60days usual quote.

Aug 21 is when they received my AOS package and then week later I called them and they said that they received a package but can't tell if it was AOS (because they had not entered it into their system). I haven't called after that.

it must be the AOS then, did you send anything else? did u sent the IV package ?

I guess I am confusing you. FedEx tracking said that the package was delivered on Aug 21st. Then I called NVC and they said they have received a package but couldn't tell me that it was AOS becuase I guess they had not entered it into their system.

oh okay, well i guess they recieved your AOS package since its the only one you sent, but you have to call again to know if its in the system ( which i think its already in ) i called and they told me they received it, few days later i got an email confirming that they did

Hi! My attorney said he mailed the package of AOS and other supporting documents on oct 17 2016. I called him and asked that I didnt receive an email if the nvc received my mail or not. Should I call the nvc and speak to a representative about it because its been a month and I'm so worried!

You can call or you should be able to have the tracking number with the mail. They should take a few days if certified mail.

Try logging onto one of these links and that should give you confirmation if they've received it.
