Never Received NOA2 hard copy

Hello All,

I have received an electronic communication that USCIS mailed my approved petition noitce NOA2 about a month ago and I still have not received a hard copy.

I received a letter from NVC yesterday stating that my case was approved and mailed to the embassy.

I called USCIS customer service twice and I was told to file an I-824 which will cost $405 for a notice that I never received.

Please help if you have a any info. As I understand, I will be needed the NOA2 for AOS in the future.
