Hello everyone,

My information:

I'm applying for my wife:

PD September 26, 2013 - EGYPT

NOA2 December, 2013

Received Case Number and IIN by email from NVC, but can't go forward at ceac.state.gov and it is not allowing me to pay AOS. I think this issue for all people with PD around that date.

I'm watching most of topics and responds but I'm just new and don't know much

I've a couple of question:

1. Approximately, how many months it take if my PD became current for my wife to come? just estimate period ( 1-2 month or 4 or 6 ,.... )

2. If I became current when I will get my IL " suppose my case completed"

3. My wife is pregnant 1.5 month ago, If our baby born in Egypt, what is my situation and what should I do?

I hope she will come before that, God Bless us.

I'm not sure why it's not working for you. Contact the NVC to see if it's an ongoing issue or just your case.

It may still be a while before your PD is current, right now it's FEB 2013.

Your case is completed and scheduled for interview when the NVC has received all the required docs and checked them for completeness.

If the baby is born before the visa is issued, he can be added to the case as a derivative immigrant. He/she will get their own visa. He/she will also need a passport. You will need to submit a new AOS as well as the docs for the baby. I'm not sure if the medical is required, but probably. You either have to contact the NVC or the embassy about the proper steps because this will depend on where your case is at when the baby is born.

If the baby is born after the visa is issued, the baby will not need a visa. But I believe you have to get some sort of letter from the embassy. You would contact them about the steps to take. And the baby HAS to travel with your wife when she enters the US for the first time.

The baby will also need a passport.

Hi,

1. No one can tell you with any certainty. Maybe 3 months. Maybe 1 year. There is no way to know.

2. No idea what you are asking.

3. If the baby is born in Egypt before your wife's visa is issued, then you need to add the child as a derivative beneficiary and get the baby an immigration visa.

If the baby is born after your wife gets her visa AND before she immigrates to the US, then you need to contact the US Embassy.

I am also a SEPT Flier. Pd 24th September 2013. ( NIGERIA) I have contacted NVC severally hoping to continue with the visa process. The response i get is my priority date is not current. Currently NVC is processing Feb 2013 cases. If the date move by one month consistently, we would be looking at May 2015 Visa Bulletin which would be published by April 2015 ( These are my assumptions), if we experience a jump in the upcoming bulletins NOV, DEC, AND JAN bulletins then we would be looking at a shorter wait. The good news is that most 2013 fliers have received their visas. The difficult part is over. Our wait would soon be over. As long as you are in this category, your children can get derivative visas but as soon as you upgrade your wife's petition that is if you become a USC, then you can file an i130 form for your kids. Good luck. As soon as i can access ceac.state.gov , i would write about it on this forum.

My pd 17/9/2013 and cc 20/11/2015 .. f2a cateogry,Egypt

I wanna know how long it takes in Egypt for f2a to make interview if pd current and cc ?

Since your case completed so they will schedule for interview very soon. Try to call NVC on Monday. They have now interview dates for January. If they didn't try to call after 2 weeks then call end of first week of January.

وجواب المقابلة كان فيه زوجتي بس. فيوم المقابلة ضفنا بنتنا واخدت وقت شوية بس اقل مش شهر استلموا الفيزا وده شيء كويس

بالنسبة ليكي اعتقد حيكون اسرع.

وبالنسبة للورق المطلوب انا مش فاكر حاليا بس لما يبعتلكم الايميل حيكون فيه المطلوب. وانا حشوف الايميل عندي واقولك كان ايه المطلوب
