hello every one is anybody know where I can find I-94#? were just married and starting to change my status but I cant find what I-94#?

do I need to get police clearance here in usa for requirements? How about vaccination because I don't have yet only medical but vaccination is not yet my concern is do I need a referral from immigration here or I can go any clinic here?thanks

POE Update

There has been a change regarding the I-94, you are no longer given this form during the flight to complete and turn in at Immigrations (POE). Immigratiions now stamps your passport and the I-94 is done electronically.
