It took us over 2 weeks to hear from them. 2+ torturous weeks!

It can take up to 30 days to get an NOA1. You can search for similar topics, as this is an extremely common question.

It has been over two weeks now since the day they recieved the package and I havent heard anything nor they have cashed the check,is there a phone number I can call to inquire about my package? Has anybody experienced that much delay to get a response?

As mentioned by Harpa, it can definitely take 30 days or 4 weeks from filing for uscis to send a notification. Some folks did get their NOA1 on the 3rd or 4th week.

Do you have delivery confirmation of your package? Will you be able to track if your check has been cashed? These are the 2 indicators when expecting the NOA1.

Yes I have a delivery confirmation from USPS ,my check hasnt been cashed,no notice of any kind yet

I finally was able to see that USCIS has cashed the check,it took alomost three weeks,I havent recieved the NOA yet,hopefully soon
