My fiancee and l use email and viber as communicating. As well as calling each other sometimes via using a regular phone cards. We're both keeping all the phone cards with us; now my question... is that enough?

Hi there Hank! I meant is that enough for the evidences (phone cards), because we only have our phone history on our viber and we do not have our phone history using our phone cards. Thanks for your help.

You timeline is blank :time: So I am not sure if you are talking evidence of ongoing relationship for the visa application at the embassy or what. Hate assuming. ;)

Anything that can be printed out as evidence is acceptable; sampling of emails, chat logs, phone logs (and of course bring pictures of the two of you together, even if they are from your first meeting)

You didn't add any dates, did you get notified that your petition is approved, receive your MNL # ?

I didn't put the dates yet because we are still gathering and completing all the requirements that needs to be submitted. My target date for filing for the petition for my fiancee (K1 visa) is on the 3rd week of this month (Sept). What about phone cards can we use that as proof of relationship? Thank you for always replying Hank we do appreciate it.

Its not much proof of relationship unless you have records that indicate it was your fiancee's number that was called using that phone card. Don't have to worry about this much at this point of the visa process. All you have to prove is that you met within 2 years of filing for the K1 visa. Plane stubs, passport stamps, receipts etc is what you need to focus on.

Ok thank you so much for thr reply immrsregi!!! The plane stubs, passport stamps etc I already have!

Being you have not started the petition process, which you seem to have enough evidence of meeting in person (pictures together?).

Over the next few months while waiting for that approval make an effort to do emails, chats and such from time to time so you have evidence you can print out for the ongoing relationship requirement.
