I have googled it, I've called about 25 places and all want to charge 250$ for the entire medical examination. So looking for anyone who might know of one in the LA area that will just transcribe the vaccinations... Since I've already googled it - that was the first thing I did buddy

Does anybody know of a civil surgeon in the Los Angeles area who won't charge the price of the entire physical examination to just transcribe the vaccinations onto the form I-693?

There is a list on the USCIS website for civil surgeons.

You are K1, right?

We did not go a CS and submitted the DS 3025 along with these instructions: Green Card in hand with no RFE!

3. What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical exam overseas?

If you were admitted as a:

a. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or as a

b. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and

c. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then:

(1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485 is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination, and the medical examination did not reveal a Class A medical condition, or if you did have a Class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility and have complied with the terms and conditions on the waiver.

(2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the vaccination report completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you are required to submit the vaccination record and page 1 of Form I-693.

the doctor i visited here in MD tried to charge me $250 and i argued that i had already paid for an exam in London,i showed him the conditions for the K! visa and that a second exam is not required,i said i would ring immigration and check if he was right,he replied that i cant ring them only e mail them and i said thats funny because i rang them the other week,so he told me to come back the next day and he would check.Next day i went back,he said he wouldnt need to do the exam and only charged me for a flu jab and the 2nd MMR that i had missed,he wasnt exactly friendly about it,neither did he admit being wrong, maybe they dont know,or maybe they try it on ? but i didnt pay

We are a k1 visa, my husband gave his ds 3025 to the people at the airport at his port of entry. So now what do you think?

Ya everywhere I go says 250$ for the whole examination. I will try to push a little for just the vaccinations
