Our noa1 was received on July 4th but we haven't received the noa2 yet until now. Ours is being processed at CSC. I know they process k1 there faster than any other service centers. I've noticed some timelines were approved in less than 30 days and some less than 20 days even. Ours has been almost 69 days now... :( I wonder I there's anything that we can do. Anyone with similar case?

Ours was submitted June 23 with NOA1 June 27. I think CSC has more petitions to be adjudicated now coz I've read from posts here that some petitions from TSC were transferred to CSC. There's nothing you can do for now but to patiently wait. Those cases that were approved like 20 or 30 days probably were expedited for some reasons like petitioners who are in Military. Just hang in there. Your approval will come before you know it.

You're whining while others have waited nearly a year or more...and you have seen a few cases go through in far less time. The rhyme to the reason is...is your fiance from the typhoon affected area? If not, then, your case is likely to be the normal 5 month plus process. Sure...you want to be with your beloved anytime soon...like everyone else...different circumstances for everyone. You simply cannot begin to predict what USCIS, NVC or the Embassy will do at any stage of the process. You can try contacting your congressman or senator to see if they can help out. Mine did. Good luck with that...you're within "normal" processing time...not likely to get much attention. So...you might want to spend your time looking into the future steps and procedures of the process and prepare for that ahead of time...as much as you can. There's much to consider and pay attention to!

Good Luck!!!

I am from the military. Is there a line that I can call to have it expedited? Thanks.

call USCIS and ask to speak to a Tier 2, They will read off a list that you have to fall under so as to be expeditied, if you dont it will be normal time.

OMG! You're kidding right? I thought I was reading the Fake Immigration Questions thread! You filed on July 4th, and you started this thread when it was still August! Give us a break.

If you still don't have it by January, then you can start to worry.
