As I am not doing any Job in US, So I have not filed tax returns, if its is mandatory, then I can file a tax return and giving them Tax Certificate from The Govt. of Pakistan and also furnish them documents according to US law.

You are already violating the rules for maintaining your green card.

As an LPR, you are required to report your worldwide earnings on a US tax return even if nothing is earned in the US.

By filing a Pakistani tax return, you will provide the proof that you lived and worked in Pakistan instead of the US as you are required to do with a green card.

The two "mother" cases in the are are Matter of Kane and Matter of Huang. Although from 1975 and 1988, they are the controlling cases.

Any attorney knowledgeable in the area will have read both those cases.
