NVC Letter

Who received their NVC letter? It's been 10 days since I got my mnl # and my case is already in Manila., just waiting for the letter so I can send all the documents needed for my fiance's interview. This is so annoying.

Very. I'm not the same category as you are but the good thing is you've got the letter.

I just payed the AOS Bill invoice and we are waiting for the package to send what's needed.

We also sent in the COA (DS-261 Form)

Last time I checked,it should be about 18 days before they send it from the time payment is received. Sit tight. I am too.

We received our NVC hard copy about 17 days after we received our case number over the phone. So you should receive it soon.

Also to let you know, you really don't need the NVC letter for your fiancee interview and if you have not done your medical yet, all you need is the MNL case number, if ask do you have your NVC letter, just say no, but I do have my case number and you should fine.

Yeah, don't wait for that letter. Send a copy of the email with the case number if that's what you've got.

Here is our nvc update:

Aug 13: NVC receipt

Aug 15: NVC left

Aug 25: NVC letter hardcopy received

After we checked the site with Transit status, we paid for the interview fee and after 12 hours we scheduled my interview. Until now i still don't have the letter from the USEM.

August 4 papers were shipped to nvc. No letter till now. My fiancé called few days ago. Was asked what my birthdate is he said it right but the person in the line said it was incorrect and he told my fiancé to stop calling because he's lying -.- that person said our papers is in Manila already. But they didn't want to give our case number

Until you figure out the birth date snafu you may have to wait until the letter arrives from NVC with your MNL #

If you contact the embassy I am betting they will tell you to wait for the "welcome/ready letter"

How did you know that it's in manila already? did you call the embassy?

I called manila embassy I finally got my case number. The lady on the phone gave it to me.. And she said they just received my papers from nvc.. And she instructed me to pay visa fee and get interview date online.. I'm so happy... My question is, do I have to expect the embassy to send me somethig or what? Thank you..

No, do not sit around waiting for the embassy to send you anything. You got your MNL #, you know your file is there.... get cooking!

Oh no.. I'm not just waiting.. I was asking if there's a packet something that I should expect to deliver in my house? I saw here that they will send packet.
