10 business days. Time has not changed.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

It may take less than that or about 7 business days. My card was in production on a Monday and in the mail the next day. I received it 3 days later. It worked fast for me.

Do you have any explanation for that? Anything we can do to expedite this process?

If you have to travel out of the US you will need it to return. You could take a chance and go and get someone to forward it on to you wherever you are. Bit of a risk though if you do not get it.

Be handy if you filled out you timeline so we could see what you're up to
