Enough Evidence?

After seeing how laissez faire my wife's interview was when she came down from Canada I decided to do the I-751 myself. The paperwork is extremely simply, which is another reason I decided to skip the lawyer fees. The packet is nearly complete, except for two things. We moved back in October, lost our lease paperwork for the past 1.5~ years and the bank we were using (Chase) can not send me any bank statements because the account is closed. I did all banking online so I had no paper records. Other than the least and bank statements for that time I have:

Current lease since October showing her as occupant

Statements for a credit card joint for nearly as long as we were married

Statements for a credit card joint since about last September

Current bank statements joint since October

Car insurance records joint since we were married

Health insurance joint for a length of our marriage before October

Both of us have life insurance policies from our work with the other as benefit, me since October wife since Feburary

Tax transcripts from the IRS for years 2011, 2012, 2013 all joint

At least one letter addressed to us both

Joint Renters insurance since October

Receipt for our marriage certificate showing I paid with her "Paid by remarks" (not sure what this is worth)

Our marriage certificate

Joint car title since January for her car

Pictures from wedding/reception, 2 pictures beginning of year at a local landmark, pictures with her family 2 months ago on a visit, picture at a football game last year, pictures together with/without her family from 2 Christmas ago. Picture from sometime fishing together on a boat.

The landlord is being hard to contact to get this lease and the deal with Chase bank is just frustrating. I called the local branch after corporate said they could do nothing and she said she will mail a letter to be saying that I opened the account with a balance and it was closed joint with my wife with a balance. That is all they say they can provide. Anyone had any luck with getting statements from a closed account with Chase?

IMO, the list you have looks good. You don't need the marriage certificate or the receipt for it.

Of course I am going to be trying my hardest to get the lease from my previous landlord, however she was ALWAYS a pain to deal with. To also note, the credit cards are not join. She is an authorized user on the cards, meaning we have different cards with our different names but same numbers. Both companies are sending me letters which state when she was added and is still authorized. I am going to attach it to the front of the statements I send in. Anyone had any experience with that exactly?

My husband's and my credit cards are paid off via the same checking account, but are separate names and we cannot access each other's statements. I did not include them for that reason, and just used our checking account, since they wanted transactions on the statements as well.

I guess the difference with my credit cards are in my name but with her as a user. She can access everything I can. So they wanted more info from you after you submitted then?

No, they didn't. I haven't had a single RFE.

Judging from what you all submitted I feel like we should be good. Just need to wait on the mail now for letters saying that she is an authorized user for the two credit cards, my old lease, and a letter from old health insurance company.

yes she did lol. the only one approved for July filers at the moment.
