I am a US Citizen and I want to bring my mom, her husband and my 18-years old half-brother and 16-years old half-sister. They are living abroad. Do I have to file a separate I-130 form for each one of them or I can do it together in one form? Does anyone know the fees for the National Visa Center forms, besides the US$420 I-130 form?

Thanks

hi

at what age were you when they married? to file for your stepdad, the marriage had to be before your 18th birthday

petitions are filed separately, and for your siblings if you file for them, the wait is over 12 years, they cannot come all together

if they were married after you were 18, then you can file for your mom for now, and when she come here she can file for the rest of the family. Now if she filed because for residents it is possible to file for derivatives under 21. so she would file 1 i130 for all of them

you can read the guides for the rest

there are no derivatives for immediate relatives

He states the siblings are half not step so the date of the marriage doesn't matter because they are blood relatives. It only matters for the step father

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Hello! Thanks for your responses!

Yes, they are my half-siblings. My mom and my stepfather have been married for like 3 years now and I'm 39. but they've been living together for 20 years and have 2 kids (18 and 16).

So, I can't file a petition for all of them? They can't come all together?

Correct

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

So you can file for mom ( about a year ) half siblings ( about 12 years ) not at all for step dad ( marriage was when you were too old ) Mom can file for single adult children ( about 8 years must stay single ) and her hubby ( about 2 years currently )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Hi,

There is no way for them to immigrate together.

You can petition for mom.

You can not petition for your stepfather since you were over age 18 when he married your mom.

Once mom becomes an LPR, she can file for her husband and unmarried children.
