Hi All,

I have good news, so my AOS checklist correction was reviewed this morning, and accepted so total days from the day it was received to be reviewed is 44 days exactly. they are review files received on July, 9th and 10th.

Also my DS-260 was reviewed today and accepted and i completed on July 3rd 50 days from the date it was completed

Civil docs received on July, 11,2014 and not yet reviewed and based on the above information and what the agent said it looks like it will be reviewed Monday or Tuesday which make it 45 days from the date it was received.

to recap :

AOS checkist : took 44 days to review

DS-260 : took 50 days to review

Civil Dos : estimated 45 days

in conclusion its looks like they are taking an average of 33 business days

Thank you,

This sounds about right because they received my DS261 on 7/7 and I then received the IV bill on 8/14.

So, my understanding is you will find out whether your documents are accepted or you'll get a checklist on the day they Review your documents, right?
