What should i do with the overstay tourist visa?

Oh my god. This is killing me. I don't mind if i need to back to my country but i don't think he will let me have the kids back with me. So seems the only option i have is file it before divorce. That's another thing he never file for me cause he always say there's no money for that. I don't know what i can really do now. :crying: Thanks again.

I filed my case through an attorney and he had my file both a regular petition and a petition under VAWA. My case was approved within few months but I had a CR1 before I did that. If you wan't I can forward you his information.

What I can suggest is that you should file ASAP. Get as much documentation as you can together. Every "little bit" helps.

07/01/2013: Sent I-130s for both my parents

01/06/2014: Initial Review Notification

04/09/2014: Request for Evidence

04/20/2014: Civil Documents Sent

06/24/2014: I-130s Approved

07/08/2014: Post Decision Activity (Forwarded case to NVC)

08/11/2014: Paid AOS fee
