Form Signature Expiration?

Hi everyone! I searched around but couldn't turn up anything solid answer wise.

Me and my Fiancé were wondering for the letter of intent and G-325a forms if writing the signature and dating it but sending the packet a little over one month is bad? I plan on sending the packet after a trip to japan to spend time with her family and use as more evidence as proof. We signed and dated the forms for August but I plan to send the first week of October. Should we wait and sign closer to a mailing date or is it ok if the signatures are somewhat older? Thoughts?

_{Its always better to have paperwork signatures close to filling as possible, but we had the forms you mentioned maybe 2 months or so before we filed. Although, you don't need a letter from your employer yet and bank statements, I received those back in Nov. 2013 and I sent them to my Fiancée in May 2014 and we never had any RFEs or other problems.}

The G-325A and the letter of intent can be a few months old at the time of filing.
