my I-129F (K3) was approved 3 days before the I-130 and yesterday i received the NOA2 by mail and at night a txt msg and email that I-129F is shipped to NVC while I-130 is approved but still at service center, is any any chance that i-129f will reach the nvc first ?

There is always a chance, but no one will really know for sure. Wait times seem to be increasing for every step these days. Good luck to you whichever one you end up with. :)
