Hi everyone

I read this topics and I really want to be optimistic, but I am a little confused about this problem:

The last date for issuing the case number from Vermont Service Center is for 10-11 month ago. I really do not know what is wrong with this service center, but I guess it simply means we won't have any move beyond the priority date which already have the case number ( right?) Because I heard in some service centers they won't issue the case numbers unless your priority date is close to be current ...

I'm not really sure about this processes, so if I am wrong please let me know

Look like less movement because no Feb and up 2013 filers are reporting back about ILs , only Jan filers got ILs .

Normally a current PD filer will get IL by now i mean this time of the month without the need of waiting for VB to come out.

May I ask what "IL" stands for and what it is?

I keep reading about but I have no clue about what it is :)

I e-mailed my consulate asking about my case and they said that my PD is not current yet and they will get in touch as soon as it is to continue my case... I know my PD isnt current yet but i had hopes that if the visa bulletin would go forward to SEP2013 maybe they would alread know and issue my visa lol...

I hope this doesnt mean anything and it moves forward to SEP2013 or at least a couple months, :/

This is an aproximate timeline, I tried to complete it trough the e-mails I still have, I don't know why I couldn't find all of them...
