Pre-October VB New Fiscal Year ( FY 2015 ) Ideas

Look like all the backlog from 2012 will be cleared this Sept and new allotment will be made in the new fiscal year.

I think it will move back to 2013 just like in 2008 , 2009...because there will be less 2012 filers in Oct and no reason to suspend the VB.

However, i honestly dun really think next year will be current because what happened in 2013 was just to create the demands.

By current i mean the letter C in VB.

Again these are all my ideas.

I very much doubt it will be "C" ever again in near future, best scenario is a six month lag instead of two years, but that's also unlikely.

But I do believe Oct 2014 VB will progress into first quarter on 2013 at least. If the immigration reform goes through, then all F2As would be saying goodbye to all this PD nonsense and filing as IR1/CR1, and will go to the US with special spouse visas to adjust status instead of waiting years going through NVC and consular processing. That would be truly great.

It seems that most of the 2012 petitiones are getting over. If its so, then there will b a big movement in Oct VB. Hope it move fast bcz a big lot from first quarter of 2013 has already been issued visas,only few like us are still waiting. So expect a big positive leap n thiner chances are there for C in few upcoming VBs.

If you see immigration timelines of F2A, many of them with PDs close to 8-sept-2013 also had their interviews.

I hope till end of 2014, VB will progress up to Oct2013. I predict a 1-year-gap in Dec 2014 VB.

Above that I think whose case are still pending at NVC will be processed from Oct-2014, i.e. allowing them to pay Invoice Fees etc.

Its been on the air for a long time and will remain there. Don't see the house taking it up anytime soon. I have been following it since the time Senate passed the bill.

Now that September 2014 visa Bulletin is out with a big jump all the way to Jan 2013. October 2014 marks the beginning of the new fiscal year and therefore new visas allotments. What do you think will be October visa bulletin predictions for F2A? Will it move to Sep2013 or even to beginning of 2014???

Nobody knows.. As far as I know nobody expects or predicted that Sept VB will be Jan 2013.

After recent retrogressed and now the VB back to 2013 in the end of fiscal year show sign of very little 2012 filers will be left by Sept and the demands are not as heavy as expected by Mr. Charles.

I can only hope for the best for Oct VB where new fiscal year begin.

May i recall the years of 2008 2009 2010 when the new fiscal years were starting all the vb moved back to when its were before retrogression occurred.

And once again our F2A forums will be active as it were before and we will be hearing congrats...cc...il...etc

It's merged all the contents are here , well i guess you can request mod to do sth then if you are not fine with it...sometime they just want to keep forum as clean as possible therefore some similar topics or threads are merged.

Let's keep predict our VB , share our thoughts opinions ideas and hope for the best.
