Hi,

I have applied for the AOS and got an RFE.

They asked me to submit two documents.

Affidavit of Support - I am currently employed and been here for the past 5 1/2 years. My wife is currently looking for a job and does not meet the income requirements to sponsor me. How do I submit the affidavit of support?

Birth Certificate - I do not have a birth certificate, what other form of proof can I submit?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much in advance!

For affidavit of support, if she is not working, is there someone who can become your joint sponsor.. the poverty guidelines are at http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

For birth certificate, you can submit secondary evidence such as affidavit from parents and elder relatives, early school records etc..
