Passport IN TRANSIT

Guys i need you help...

I track my passport through 2go e trace...

And passport already in transit 8:42am pick up today but i have not received any text or email from 2go... I checked the detail but only shows my daughters name as a consignee and my name and my sons name is not there either guys is this normal?

As i filled up 3forms each of us.

Also i just wanna pick up documents at their main branch in Makati...

Can i pick up there since status is in transit...

I need you idea guys... Thanx....

If you have arranged to pick it up, give a call to the 2GO where it is to be picked up, verify that it is ready

How did u know?my passport still issued but no tx or email i receive from 2go i check my status from ustravels but my dashboard went back to normal like its the first time im filling up my dashboard

You have to enter your case # through 2go e- trace...

Have you been checking 2go to track your passport?

Maybe its already at 2go...

I did check 2go etrace but it says my passport or even my case number is invalid im confuse

Dont be confused its normal... That means its not at 2go yet a little more patient and just try and try...
