I-130 fee from outside the USA

So I am currently in Argentina and my checkbook I left back in the states no thinking I'd ever end it down here. I'm just looking at a few possibilities of what I could do. Check is the only way to do it right?

I got all my papers for the I-130 ready but no way to pay the fee. Could I send in the packet to the Chicago lockbox and have my mom send in the check separately? Or does it have to be with my packet or they won't accept it? I run into the problem that my mom lives in the country and they don't deliver mail where she lives, she has a po box, so sending my papers to her via fed ex would be tricky, or impossible since they won't deliver to po box she has.

Also if she was to send a check could she get one of mine and just fill it out for me with my consent? She doesn't have a checking account now so it would have to be from my check book. Super complicated I know!

It's terrible living abroad for this stuff!

Other side question. For supporting documents of us really being married, we just got hitched so we have nothing that's in both of our names, nor can we since I'm on a tourist visa in Argentina and they won't let me open anything with her, we have tried. Do you think. Not sending a supporting document will hurt us? What advice would you have for this? We got married civilly and after that in the church, so would the church document be worthy enough to show it's serious? I live at her parents house right now so could I have them just write a letter? I'm super lost at this point.

Thanks in advance!

Is it possible for your mom to mail your checkbook to you? I am pretty sure the check must be included with the packet.

This. Or mail the package to your mom, have her pay and mail, then pay her back at a later date.
