Jordan doesn't really have physical addresses and the post office is not reliable. Does he have to send in the DS-3032 or can I? Can't I be his agent? Or do we have to get a lawyer?

I'm so confused. If someone could explain it to me, I'd greatly appreciate it!

The DS-3032 has been replaced since September 2013 with the online DS-261.

So have you filed yet? Is your petition at USCIS or NVC?

Well no matter you will file the online DS-261 its just a useless formality that the beneficiary gives permission who will be their agent majority of the time its the Petitioner. The petitioner and beneficiary get all the emails anyway.

Just to let you know, i did both DS-3032 ( via email ) and DS-261 and i can tell that it's both work...but for now i'd suggest DS-261.

My husband had a physical address in Jordan and a PO box at the post office. They they don;t deliver mail to the door like in the US, all mail goes to the family's PO box at the post office and it was always reliable. For future reference :)
