Me and my young sis petitioned by mom (f2a)

1.my old sis is joint sponsor, any effect to petition if main sponsor mom no income no file tax?

2.my mom got Medicaid (lpr only over 2 years) , will this cause a deny to our visa?

3.any factors can make f2a visa for minor child be denied?

4.my dad who is petitioned by old sis (IR5)give up greencard now live in home country over year , will it cause problem for me and young sis who will get interview and gonna live with mom in USA?

Mom and dad still in relationship no divorce

Hi,

1.It doesn't matter because your mom got joint sponsor.

2.It won't affect your and your sister cases

3.The reason that you will be denied is suspicious relation, it's very rare

4.Your petitioner is your mother and NO your dad's situation will not affect your and your sister cases just make sure your mother maintenance her lpr status.

Bear in mind that F2A will have to wait much longer due to the recent visa retrogression.

Did you get your case complete ? or is it still sitting at USCIS or NVC ?

Oh my PD is 10 June 13 and i got my case complete since March and waiting for interview which i dun really think that will happen this year.

Dad went to US 2 years ago and got LPR for a year now

Yeah that VB thingy really hurt.
