Ohhh i need to just go there straight... They stated at my visa status that if you dont get your passport with visa more than 10days contact USEM... But ive been sending them emails with same respond... I cant sleep now again and started to get worried as i rebooked our ticket already... I cant afford to loose my flyt... I may have to talk to them but usually USEM entertain and give your case importance if you are a US citizen... Hmmmm but im still gonna try tomorrow...

If i dont have any updates after lunch...

OMG i hope i will get them soon...

I have to enroll my daughter in school when we get there... And classes start sep 1... She needs to be socialized with other kids obviously as it us different environment for her...

Help me pray guys...

Been sleepless since the process of getting an interview was the hardest part...

Im almost at the edge though...

God is good i believe in him...

Hoping to get with in this week...

Well as a US citizen, I was able to go thru the guards and talk to someone from the American Services Unit. I'm not sure if they will allow you to enter without an appointment but you can try! This is a recent post at ustraveldocs.com addressed to NIV applicants, maybe you can try emailing them? Tell them about your situation. If it says issued, I'm sure it will arrive soon. Do not stress out. My fiancée is 33weeks pregnant and had a preterm labor scare because of stressing out. Its one of our medical issues.

"The U.S. Department of State is currently experiencing technical problems with its visa system, which are affecting global operations. This issue is worldwide and is not specific to any particular country or visa category. We recognize and deeply regret the inconvenience to travelers. We are doing everything possible to return passports with visas as soon as we are able to complete processing. We regret that we are currently unable to predict how long the delay will be.

Applicants, who interviewed with the U.S. Embassy after July 21 and would like their passports returned to them without the U.S. visa, may contact CONSManilaNIV@state.gov with their name and passport number. Please use the subject Request for Passport in your email.

Applicants, who have an urgent need to travel to the United States, may contact CONSManilaNIV@state.gov with their name, passport number, and nature of the emergency. Please use the subject Request for Passport in your email. Please understand that only true emergencies of an extraordinary humanitarian nature can be considered for exceptional handling.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter and apologize for the inconvenience."

Well i think because you have a medical issue so you able to get yours... Yeah i did went there before but they only entertain us at the door and talk to someone there which is not a CO... And they just call someone through phone to listen our complaint... Well im really hoping... Got my interview last july 18 so i guess i will have it soone... Date thats mentioned only july 21 onwards... So i am hoping...

And i am not pregnant so i guess i can stressed out myself... Really i cant help it...

I keep praying... And i am thankful we are not in really worst position as the others... I am praying for everyone whos waiting for their visa issuance...

NIV is non-immigrant visa, IV is immigrant visa, the K-1 is processed as an immigrant visa. You are the second one I have read of (recently even) that had an update from NIV. All went fine with the other one. Just weird to have an NIV update.

I remember you has your children's passport and visas too. I just wish to ask if you also saw all of their status as "issued" when yours got "issued"?

Mine was "issued" last friday but my son's as "02" number of the same case as mine is still in AP. Aren't K2 derivatives dependent on the K1 when applying at the same time?
