Howdy y'all,

I just started this whole process from scratch. I have received NOA1,

When can the DS-160 application be filled?

Can i fill it on behalf of my fiancé? (I just wanna fill it :)

But could I do so?

What is the next step to this immigration process?

Case dispatched from diplomatic mail service to NVC : 01/23/2017

Case arrived at NVC: 01/26/2017

NVC sent case to USCIS : 02/09/2017 (system update)

Case receive by USCIS (text & email notification): 03/07/2017

Hello!

You can fill in the DS160 After you receive your NOA2 once your case has been forwarded to the NVC they will instruct you to do so.

It would be best if your fiance filled in the DS160 as she will need to electronically sign it after filling in her personal details and work/residential/parents details etc.

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

You can fill it but you fiance would need to click the button to submit the form.

07/27/17 - K1 packet sent at the end of day.

07/31/17 - NOA1

03/22/18 - NOA2

08/28/18 - expected date for medical completion - Sputum test was needed

09/22/18 - anticipated interview date

Keep in mind that the system will let you fill and save progress on the DS-160. You can get all of the pertinent information entered ahead of time then once you get the NOA2 you can pull it back up, make sure nothing needs to be updated/corrected then it can be submitted.
