Hi,

My wife is a US citizen and last year was the first year that my wife did her taxes, before it, she was included in her father's W2 and as she was living out of the country with me (Uruguay), her income taxes was about 8 months and less then what USCIS asks for (she didn't work abroad).

Now she has 2 jobs and she can totally sponser me because her income is bigger than what USCIS asks for.

What should we do ? Can she sponser me ? Can she we send her last W2 and some papers to prove her income now with a letter form her job? As she was included in her father's W2, should we send them too or just her last W2 ?

Thank you so much,

Thiago Lima
