Probably just forgot to change it right there before releasing it. I do know the last report did not have the exact date they are processing on it, it just had 5 months. So this must be new since they are now going with an exact date.

They are delayed notices. The last one that came out prior to this had April 2014 figures. The next one out will likely have through June 2014. The lag currently per their date of Dec 17, 2013 is approximately 5.5 months.

So…in all reality, TSC and CSC have very similar numbers coming in on a monthly basis, TSC is just being ridiculously slow and barely completing any, causing a backlog? What the F---? Seriously? This is insane...

Check the trending chart for I-130's and I-485's. You will see that TSC has a lot more of those, recently. In fact, there was a sharp uptake in 130's for TSC dating back to Sept 2013. I think the 129's are competing for attention.

I wonder what the Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents will say now...with the date of Dec 17, 2013 being processed (that news too being over a month old now)! Will they still say Dec 8?!! Lol.

I don't know the answer to the question I bolded in your post. However, if they are now going with an official date, there is a possibility that they will start processing these generally in the order they are received. That is the only good news out of all of this.

thanks....it is just frustrating at times due to thinking i would be ajudicated by now, but we will have to just wait and see what happens... thanks for your reply.

I spoke to a tier 1 officer yesterday the reason for my call was that I can not see my updates online it just says that a case can't be found.... and what he told me was that "that's not a problem to worry about" when I ask him in what month they were working on he just said "December" and told me "that doesn't mean you gonna have to wait another 5 months for your approval sometimes it moves faster"...

I received NOA1 on March 24, 2014 - if I recall correctly they were working on December 2013 back then - LOL...

I think some folks on this site are under the misguided impression that they clear each day in one day. It could take months to clear one month. I've been hearing on here that that TSC was working on December for quite a long time.

I don't think there is any rhyme or reason as to who gets approval and when it occurs, sadly there is not methodology that can be followed to try and figure out when you will get NOA2 - when it happens it happens...
