So am all excited now as we are going to file our adjustment of status next month to make us July filers. Good luck to everyone in this process. Here comes round 2 of the waiting game. It was such a lovely break from the anxiety and worry of this immigration process.

You have to wait on the biometrics letter to try to do the walk in. I'm in the same waiting situation for biometrics letter.

Yes you still get RFE after NOA1.. The NOA1 is just a notice that they got ur packet and will give you your Case Number.

We just prepared our package and going to do one more look through. We'll be sending it off tomorrow. I hope to do a walk-in Biometrics in hopes to get my EAD and AP done quicker. I have a few job opportunities lined up and can't get to the next steps until my EAD and AP is here (the work requires out of Country travel).

Sigh this is so stressful! I wish I had signed up to vj long ago. Here is my situation: we submitted our aos June 2..arrived June 6 but I realized I had incorrect amount on check (ugh!!) was returned to us June 30. We sent it off again July 2 arrived July 7. So now I am just waiting for them to start the process again for us. They gave us a green paper to put on top so I'm hoping it will speed things up smh

June 2, 2014: sent Aos package June 28,2014: Received Rejected AOS package for incorrect fees? July 2,2014: filed I485,i130,i765,i131 with correct fees July 10,2014: received email notifications July 16,2014: Official NOAs in mail July 28: did walk-in biometrics *Actual date for biometrics was Aug 7,2014 August 20,2014: interview date

Sent ours in on the 3rd and received the text & email receipt last night! Checked the USCIS website just now and my husband AOS stated it is being processed in Nebraska... *shrug* Now we :clock:

Another July 2014 AOS filer here! We're submitting our paperwork today. Hoping it moves as fast as the K-1 approval process, which was a lot faster than we had expected.

Here we wait again! lol

I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks and haven't received my NOA1, should I be worried now?

I wouldn't worry yet. There are reports from other threads that some people are waiting a month for their receipt notification. Good luck and I hope it comes through soon.
