Hello everyone!

This form has been super useful to me starting the IR-1/CR-1 process for my Wife, and I would be super lost without a lot of the wonder posts here!

I am Just about to send in my I-130 Packet in for my Wife but I have a question I am confused on.

I have a question about the G-325A Form, the question pertaining to (Application's Last residence outside the US of more than 1 year).

Does this mean consecutively over 1 year or 1 year in TOTAL?

Example:

I lived in Japan for Nine Months -- ABCD Address Japan (9 Months total) 2012

I moved Back to the USA -- DCBA Address USA (1 Year) 2012-2013

Then i moved BACK to Japan (Exact Same Address) -- ABCD Address Japan (9 Months Total)2013- 2014

So in TOTAL I lived in Japan at the Same address for 18 months, but not consecutively?

What do you think?

Thanks!

I would say that "None" is correct. You have to write your address history anyway so you will be stating on the form exactly what you are stating to us. US address, Japan, US address, Japan etc. so it will be self explanatory. So for address outside of US for more than one year would be none.
