G-325A form: File Number? Alien Registration Number?

I'm filling out the G-325A form for my wife, who entered the U.S. on a K-1 Visa. The form asks for a File Number (beginning with the letter 'A') on the upper right, and an Alien Registration Number (ALSO beginning with the letter 'A') on the lower right. What is the difference between these numbers, and where can I find each one?

NOTE: I have a digital copy of the I-94, which does not have a 'back' as I've seen posted in other threads. I have a copy of the NOA2, which includes a 9-digit number (following a letter 'A') above her name. Which number is this?

It is A number on your NOA-2 of I-129 F. Both places are asking the same A-number on G-325A.

That is the A number that is listed near the beneficiary's name on the NOA2 I-129F approval notice. No difference between that file # and the A#.

I-94s are automated and you print them out from online now. Only someone with a paper copy that was stapled into their passport would need to make a front and back copy of their form.

so does the petition G-325A need to fill this A# and File #?

from my understanding, the first G-325A supplies with I-129F petition will leave it blank. when we submit again for AOS will input the A# from NOA2. Am I correct?
