During the exam, the doctor will see you have no vaccination records and you will have to get all the vaccines required for your age. You can try to get them before the appointment, otherwise the doctor will offer them to you but they're usually more expensive than at a clinic.

You will need to get the vaccinations again during the medical.

Don't worry about this. I also never had my vaccination record since I had it done back in the province when I was young. As advised by Penguin and F1H1I130, they will give you the required vaccinations during the medical, and this is already included in the medical fee. Do read on SLEC.ph for more information, emphasis on reminders and notes.
