With Immigrant Visa .. It said " invalid code " :(

Sorry about that. It seems to be non-consistent. Some K1s are entered in Non-IV and some in IV. I guess you and your fiance can just keep requesting for any update by phone or email to the US embassy. Hope it comes soon for you. Stay positive.

Hi MissEmily! Yes, you should complete your new medical asap. After that, you should be good! Hope you receive your visa soon. It won't be long, I'm sure. All the best! :dancing:

MissEmily, sounds like you will get your visa as soon as your medical results are in. Congrats!

Could you share the questions the interviewer asked during the interview? My fiancee will be in the same boat in the future. I am assuming the interview was done in English and not in Bamar?

Hello All...Thz for the replies...

Some suggest to seek help from the congress! Is this a good idea ?

My CEAC status shows " No Status "

Hoping for the best !!!

You can ask one of your Senators for help. They have people for this. They might inquire for you and get some type of feedback and some people think this has helped their cases with USCIS...I dont know how much it helps with consulates....but it can not hurt. Just look at your senators websites...they usually have a privacy form that will require your fiancees/wife to sign and you mail in to them. You need to explain the situation to them, and then give them a couple weeks, then follow up with a phone call to the person in the office that is the liaison with the state department. They all have this...its one of the services they offer to citizens...assistance with federal agencies.

Good luck.
