Hi,we met through internet, she s 2 years younger than me ,and we have history together, she lived with me on my country for over 1 year ,me and my fiance aplied for a k1 visa, she s american citizen,we have a son together ,he was born on the united states.I had an interview at the embassy and i got a refusal under 221g for more proof of our relationship, and a new birthcertificate of our son plus my fiance to domicile in america.

I had a lot of pics with me at the interview over 50,plus airplane tickets,we had all the tickets plus a lot of other stuff like a letter she sent to me and phone records ,ect. Then we sent the embassy the birthcertificate, and more pics of our relationship, and for the domicile we sent plane tickets of going back, opened a new cellphone number, she applied even for jobs, ect.

Like 3 weeks later we get another refusal under 221g,saying the petitioner s domicile was not suficient,we need more proof of us domicile. We sent again 3 new things to show domicile, our son s vaccines done like 2 months after they arrived there, plus my fiance opened a bank account on the usa,and an agreement with the landlord for the lease,my fiance both with her mom.

Please help me out,cuz i really don t understand a lot of what s going on with our case,we got an attorney and translator who worked on our case, and he says we are on a good way.please give ur opinions on ur experience ,thanks a lot.

Now it s been over 20 days that we sent the embassy proof of domicile, our son s vacines he had there ,and my fiance opened a bank account, and we sent even an agreement with the landlord for the lease,my fiance both with her mom.Now we been waiting for an answer ,and nothing yet,i don t know,it s a lot of stress, and we miss each other so much, really really hard. Please i need to know is the refusal 221 g a bad thing or it s just normal.

PLEASE i apreachiate every answer u give thanks a lot

It can take a bit to get for people to reply, they will help when they can.

It might help if you can list what you sent in then others can see if you missed something.

It's not done, they asked for more evidence so you still have a chance.

If you already sent in the info and documents requested on the 221g then you need to wait to see if you gave them what they need... If not, then it will be an intent to deny and you would have to refile...

A 221g is only a temporary denial. If you satisfy their demands then your visa will be issued. As for a timeframe, hard to say. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

thanks a lot to everyone replyin to me,really apreachiate it.

At the interview i got my first 221g,then i got the second one just saying, the petitioner s domicile was not suficient,we need more proof of domicile.....

Now i got scared for a second cuz i read a lot of people saying things like if it goes on 221g it s done deal,

but i don t know how it can be a done deal just for domicile, that s what they asked over the second 221g,

our relationship is already proved to the embassy,we have a lot of evidence showing that, plus our son that counts more than everything on this world.

now i was wondering they would not just deny my visa if the domicile that they asked was again not suficient, they would ask for more proof of domicile, right.

please give me an opinion on what u know, and thanks a lot
