Never thought this process would be so time consuming, however we finally finished and sent our AOS package out on the 28th april and it was received on 28th .:)

HI, We are April fillers too! But we are doing DCF from the Dominican Republic! Our form I-130 got send out the 17 of april, still haven't receive anything yet! :(

Good luck! :) We received texts within 5 days of mailing our packages via FedEx, and we received the formal notices in the mail about 10 days later. About 3 weeks later, I received a text that an RFE notice was being mailed to me, and I received that notice a week later requesting the 2013 tax filings from our joint sponsor (when we first mailed the packages on March 6th, my joint sponsor had not yet filed her 2013 tax return so we submitted her W-2s and 1099s hoping that would suffice - no cigar!). We just mailed it in last Thursday 4/24/14, and I received the text that they received the package on 4/28/14. We're now waiting patiently for the next steps (which I pray is the appointment for our interview, which I know we'll pass with flying colors because my husband and I have been together for more than 7 years!). I can't wait until this whole process is finished! :hehe:

6/2008 to Present: Fiance living in the U.S. on O-1 Visa
11/20/2013: Married in the U.S
3/4/2014: Filed I-130, 1-485, I-864 with brother and his wife as joint sponsors, G-325A, I-765, etc. via Fed-Ex
3/6/2014: Package delivered to Chicago, IL (express mail address)
3/11/2014 - 9:45pm: Received text messages that USCIS received all four petitions (I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131)and is processing them
3/17/2014 - Received 3 NOA1
3/20/2014: Received Biometrics appointment letter
4/7/2014 - 9AM: Biometrics appointment
3/26/14: Received text from USCIS that RFE has been sent. Yikes!
3/31/14: Received RFE letter requesting 2013 tax returns from joint sponsor
4/24/14: Mailed response to RFE
4/28/14: Received notifications that USCIS received the response to RFE
5/13/14: Received texts/emails that I-765 and I-131 have been approved and EAD will arrive soon
5/16/14: Received texts/emails that EAD was mailed with tracking number
5/19/14: Received EAD/AP Combo Card and texts/emails that Interview scheduling is occurring
5/29/14: Received text that AOS Interview has been scheduled for July 1st, 2014 and that letter has been mailed!

6/2/14: Received hardcopy letter for interview info: July 1st, 2014 @ 10:30am

The waiting process is so intimidating. We all hope not to get RFE but you never know with the uscis. Maybe next we should get a text ugh

Not yet. I email the local uscis and they answer me that my receipt of payment of my receive notice and that the process could take up to 90 days . We are not in such a hurry, because we are thinking of moving by january but I will definitely like to know how the process is going. Lets keep in touch.

No, not yet! I've heard of people getting replies as early as 6 days after a response to an RFE is filed, but it can take up to 60 days after they receive it! Seriously, the government frightens me with the bureaucracy! :( I'll keep you guys posted. You keep us posted too! Good luck to all of us!

Sent mine in on the 23rd, got my notice in the mail on the 4th may that they got everything, forgot to add my phone number for the text messages, duh me. Waiting is horrible I run to the mail every day like a child on Christmas morning lol....

No, I've checked around here and have seen others reporting it arriving anywhere from 14 days to 20 after filing, this waiting ####### is hell on my nerves, we need a support group lol
