Has anybody seen this before?

"On April 23, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130,"

That's the case status online I saw today.

The last one before that, said something like "On April 24, 2014 we received your petition....."

I don't remember seeing one like this before. I thought after the NOA1, will be the approval or NOA2.

Just wondering.
