case completed with wrong name

my case completed ... noted that my name is spelled wrongly. already inform nvc about it a month ago. i called again today, and told me because of that my case is not completed yet... all docs we sent are correct. its nvc who made made mistake . any one encounter this?

my sons middle name is written wrongly too. When we asked nvc about it 3 months ago, they asked his passport copy. We sent the iv documents, but i dunt know if they corrected his middle name. I am planning to ask about it at the interview.

will try later. bec its too unfair. called so many tumes and told me this is not an issue. and its not fair bec its their mistake
