Hello Friends,

my case was sent back to USCIS and they sent me NOIR. I provided the documentation. The USCIS reaffirmed the case and forwarded to Mumbai consulate on April 3, 2014. I think they have to call for interview again. I reached out them and asked for next steps and they replied to wait as it is in administrative processing. Can anyone give any info/experience of this type of situation? Thanks for your help on this.

Sree

Sree...

Start thinking of attending interview with your spouse, your case is accepted after getting NOIR....

Even though, Bombay consulate does not allow petitioner in the consulate, but it will be beneficial for your case.

He/she can tell the IO that my spouse is there and is waiting outside for the news... you can even give him/her your passport to show it to the IO.

Good luck
